This is a "Skort". Yes, you've heard it right. It's called a "Skort" because it's a Skirt/Short combination. It's a skirt with shorts attached inside. This is a pull on skort with elastic waist band & buckles on the side. The material is a one of a kind vegan leather. Looks like leather but no animals were hurt in the making of this fashion piece. Composition: 90% Polyester 10% Elastane
